Dr. Mike Slone
Dr. Mike was raised in Fremont and also graduated from Bellarmine College Prep. Dr. Mike went to Chico State University where he graduated with a B.A. in Exercise Physiology. Immediately following graduation, he enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West where he graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic. Dr. Mike has continued his education, completing the chiropractic neurology and becoming a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Neurology Board. He has taken many specialty courses including diagnosing and treating patients with dyslexia, autism and primitive reflexes. Dr. Mike is a Certified Extremities Practitioner and also obtained his certification in Active Release Technique (ART). He is currently undergoing training in the diagnosing and treatment of Neuro-Developmental Delays. Dr. Mike is a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the State of California. Currently, Dr. Mike resides in Pleasanton with his wife.
Dr. Jim Slone
Dr. Jim grew up in Fremont and attended Bellarmine College Prep in San Jose. He received a football scholarship and attended Santa Clara University graduating in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Jim enrolled in Life Chiropractic College West in 1997 where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic and then began his post-graduate studies in Neurology. He served as a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the state of California and is BCIA certified for QEEG and neurofeedback. Dr. Jim believes that continuing education is very important and that a whole body approach to health care is vital to make a positive change in his patients' lives. Dr. Jim practices and resides in Rocklin. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and keeps busy when away from the office by coaching his children's football and basketball teams.
Dr. Dan Slone
Dr. Dan was born in Oakland and raised in Fremont. He graduated from Moreau Catholic High School in 1988. Dr. Dan then graduated from Chico State University with a BA in Psychology. Following graduation, he worked at Aerotech for approximately 2 years before following his passion, chiropractic. Dr. Dan enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West and graduated in 2002. Dr. Dan is currently in the process of becoming certified in the area of Neuro-Muscular Re-Education. Dr. Dan is currently undergoing training in the diagnosing and treatment of Neuro-Development Delays. Dr. Dan currently resides in San Francisco.
Mary is the office manager and neurofeedback technician in both of our Fremont and Rocklin offices. She has been with us for 10 years and has proven to be a valuable asset to our practice. Mary is a BCIA certified neurofeedback technician. Prior to working with Slone Chiropractic, she was an office manager for a nurse as well as a pharmacy technician. Dr. Tim Slone
Dr. Tim was raised in Fremont and he graduated from Moreau Catholic High School. He then attended Oregon State University where he received a football scholarship, graduating in 1992 with a B.S. in Industrial Fitness. Following graduation, Dr. Tim enrolled at Life Chiropractic College West (LCCW). While at LCCW, he attended a post-doctorate neurology course and became a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist in 1998. Since this time, he has taken specialty courses in the diagnosing and treatments of ADD/ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Dystonia. Dr. Tim has also completed certification in Active Release Technique (ART) and diagnosing and treatment of neurodevelopmental delays. Dr. Tim has also taken courses in the area of Brain-Based Learning Techniques and completed Level One training of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) through UC Davis. Dr. Tim practices in Rocklin and resides in Rocklin with his wife and three sons.
